FAQs
Which BodyLever is right for me?
Both BodyLever and BodyLever Mini are designed to help relieve muscle tension, improve mobility, and support everyday recovery.
The standard BodyLever provides additional leverage and reach, which is great for full-body use and larger muscle groups.
BodyLever Mini offers the same recovery benefits in a lighter, more compact design that's especially easy to maneuver and great for the arms and upper body.
Who is the standard BodyLever best for?
The standard BodyLever is ideal for anyone looking for maximum leverage and versatility. Its longer length provides extra reach for treating larger muscle groups and hard-to-reach areas, making it an excellent choice for full-body recovery at home or the gym.
What areas of the body can I treat with BodyLever?
BodyLever can be used on most major muscle groups, including the neck, shoulders, back, chest, arms, hips, glutes, hamstrings, quads, calves, and feet.
Its unique design makes it easy to apply targeted pressure to areas that are often difficult to reach with traditional recovery tools.
Does BodyLever come with instructions and demo videos?
We include guidance on our How to Use page, where you’ll find step-by-step instructions and helpful demonstration videos for safe and effective use.
How does the BodyLever compare to foam rollers, massage guns, or other tools?
Because of its leverage design and wooden construction, it can reach deeper and into tighter spaces than bulkier tools.
The pivoting / spiral leverage gives more mechanical “reach” and control compared to a fixed roller or gun.
It offers both static pressure and dynamic movement, combining release & activation in a single tool.
How often should I use BodyLever?
A few minutes per muscle group, 3–4 times per week, is enough for most people. Listen to your body and adjust as needed.
For deeper release or targeted work, longer sessions or more frequent use may be possible, but balanced with rest.
Is it safe if I have an injury or medical condition?
Always check with your healthcare provider first. If you are using it to aid with muscle recovery, start with light pressure and avoid injured or inflamed areas. Use it gently until you know how your body responds.
Can I bring BodyLever on an airplane?
If you're planning to fly with your BodyLever, please pack it in your checked luggage to ensure your travel will be smooth and stress-free.
