This Shipping Policy applies to BodyLever, operated by Toa Works Inc.

Order Processing
All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and a shipping notification email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Please note:

During peak seasons, product launches, or sales events, processing times may be slightly longer.

Orders placed after 2 PM PST may be processed the following business day.
Pre-Orders
Items marked as Pre-Order will ship on or around the date indicated on the product page.

If you order in-stock and pre-order items together, your order will ship when all items are available unless otherwise noted.

If you prefer to receive in-stock items sooner, we recommend placing two separate orders.

Pre-order dates are estimates and may change due to production or shipping delays. We will notify you via email if any updates occur.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
We offer standard shipping on all orders. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

International Shipping: Now shipping to Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, China, Croatia, Czechia, France, Germany, Greece, Indonesia, Ireland, Italy, Lithuania, the Netherlands, New Zealand, Qatar, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Norway, Slovenia, the United Kingdom, Thailand, Brazil and Vietnam. Delivery times vary by destination and will be shown at checkout.
Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by carrier delays beyond our control.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package’s journey.
International Shipping & Customs
International orders are shipped on a DAP (Delivered At Place) basis, which is also known as DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). This means that the prices displayed do not include import duties, customs fees, tariffs, or local taxes. The customer is responsible for paying these charges upon the parcel's arrival, as imposed by their country's customs authority. These fees are collected by the carrier. We cannot control or estimate these charges as they vary by country. Customers should consult their local customs office for details.
Refusal to Pay Duties Policy: If customs duties or taxes are refused upon arrival and the parcel is returned, or if an international order is refused at delivery or returned for any reason, the refund will be issued for the product total only, minus original shipping costs, return shipping costs, and any duties or taxes paid on your behalf.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. If this occurs, please contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking information.

Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order. We cannot guarantee address changes after an order has been processed.
