U.S. Orders Only
We have a 30-day return policy for orders shipped within the United States, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, send us a request at info@bodylever.com. We will reply with next steps.
Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Orders Delivered Outside the U.S.
International orders are subject to different return terms, which are outlined in the 'International Orders' section below.
Who pays for shipping?

Customer-paid shipping: Unless your item arrived damaged, defective, or we made an error with your order, you are responsible for all return and exchange shipping costs.

Original shipping charges: Any original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges: For exchanges, customers pay shipping both ways unless the exchange is due to a defective or incorrect item.

Restocking fee: Approved returns are subject to a $5 USD restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund. The restocking fee does not apply to defective items, incorrect items, or where prohibited by applicable law.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In these cases, we will cover the return shipping costs.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products (special orders or personalized items) and gift cards. Please reach out if you have questions about your specific item.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, place a new order for the replacement. All exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the exchange is due to our error or a defective item.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Our fulfillment process begins immediately after an order is placed. As a result, we are unable to accommodate order changes or cancellations.

International Orders Outside the United States
At this time, we do not accept returns or exchanges for international orders, except if:
- Your item arrives damaged or defective
- We made an error (for example, the wrong item was shipped)
- Or if your order was shipped to the European Union, the United Kingdom, Norway, Iceland, or Liechtenstein, which is outlined in the 'International Orders to the European Union, the United Kingdom, Norway, Iceland, or Liechtenstein' section below
International Orders to the European Union, the United Kingdom, Norway, Iceland, or Liechtenstein
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped into the European Union, the United Kingdom, Norway, Iceland, or Liechtenstein, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason and without justification.
Items must be unused, with tags, and in original packaging, and you’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase. Original and return shipping costs, duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective, we made an error, or is required to be refunded by law.
No restocking fee will be applied to valid returns made under the European Union 14-day cooling-off period or equivalent consumer protection laws.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
